How Bothell Leak Pros handles information when you visit leakrepairbothellwa.com or call us.

Effective date: October 6, 2026 · Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Bothell Leak Pros ("we," "us") collects when you use leakrepairbothellwa.com (the "Site") or call the phone number shown on the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple: the Site has no forms or accounts, and we don't sell personal information.

The short version

  • The Site has no contact forms, accounts, newsletters or logins.
  • We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. We don't use advertising cookies or ad-tracking pixels.
  • When you call, the details you share are used to connect you with an independent local leak repair provider.
  • We don't sell your personal information.

What information do we collect?

When you browse the Site

The Site is a set of static web pages. Like almost every website, the servers that deliver it automatically receive basic technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. This information is processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the Site.

The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google's handling of that data is described in Google's own privacy policy.

To understand which pages are useful, the Site uses two analytics services:

  • Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and collects information such as pages viewed, time on the Site, referring sites, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We use it only to measure and improve the Site, not for advertising.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views, referring sites, browser type and approximate country without cookies.

Apart from the Google Analytics cookies, the Site's own code doesn't set cookies or store anything in your browser.

When you call us

When you call the number on the Site, we and the companies that route our calls may receive your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and the general location associated with your number. You may also choose to share information about your property and your leak, such as the address, building type, what you're seeing and how to reach you.

Calls may be handled by third-party call-routing or call-tracking services. Where calls are recorded for quality, training or billing purposes, any notice required by law, including Washington's call-recording rules, is given at the start of the call.

How do we use information?

  • To connect you with an independent local leak detection or repair provider who can help with your situation.
  • To operate, maintain and secure the Site, and to prevent abuse.
  • To keep records of referrals and calls for billing between us and participating providers.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Who do we share information with?

Service providers. When you call, the information you provide and your call details are shared with the independent provider you're connected with, so they can respond to your request. That provider's own privacy practices apply to information they receive and to any work you arrange with them.

Vendors that help us operate. These include our website host and analytics provider (Cloudflare), Google (Google Analytics and Google Fonts), and our phone and call-routing providers. They process information on our behalf or as needed to deliver their services.

Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Bothell Leak Pros, our users or others.

Business transfers. If Bothell Leak Pros is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own advertising.

How long do we keep information?

We keep call records and referral details only as long as needed for the purposes above, including billing, record-keeping and resolving disputes, or as required by law. Hosting providers keep technical logs according to their own retention schedules.

What choices do you have?

  • You can browse the Site without giving us any personal information.
  • You decide what details to share on a call.
  • You can ask us what information we hold about you from a call, and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to legal and billing record-keeping requirements. Contact us using the details below.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits.
  • You can block or limit connections to Google Fonts through your browser settings or extensions. The Site will still work with fallback fonts.

How is information protected?

The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections with standard security headers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we handle.

Children's privacy

The Site is meant for adults responsible for commercial, multi-family and HOA properties. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

The Site may link to other websites, such as government or industry resources. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
