These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of leakrepairbothellwa.com (the "Site") and the phone line shown on it, operated by Bothell Leak Pros ("we," "us"). By using the Site or calling the number, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What service do we provide?

Bothell Leak Pros is a free referral service. When you call, we connect you with an independent local provider of leak detection, leak repair or related services in the Bothell, Washington area. We do not perform inspections, repairs or any other work ourselves, and the providers are not our employees or agents. Participating providers may pay us a fee for referrals. You pay nothing to us for the referral.

Any estimate, contract, schedule, warranty, payment or other agreement for work is solely between you and the provider you choose to hire. You are free to decline any provider and to seek other quotes.

Providers and your due diligence

We don't guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, timeliness, licensing, insurance, registration or workmanship of any provider. Before work begins, you should independently confirm a provider's Washington contractor registration with the Department of Labor & Industries, their insurance, and the written scope, price and terms of the work. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any provider, or for any damage, loss or dispute arising from work you arrange with them.

Emergencies

The phone line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but a provider's ability to respond at a particular time isn't guaranteed. In any situation involving immediate danger to people, such as fire, gas, structural collapse or electrical hazards, call 911 first. Follow your building's fire safety procedures for fire sprinkler discharges.

Information on the Site

The guides, checklists and service pages on the Site are general information to help you understand common leak problems. They aren't professional engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice, and they may not fit your building or situation. Conditions vary, so rely on qualified professionals who have inspected your property, and on your own attorney, insurer or agent for legal and coverage questions. Images on the Site are illustrations and don't depict specific customer projects.

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date, and we may change it at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or the phone line. That includes:

• Placing fraudulent, abusive, harassing or automated calls.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Scraping or copying the Site's content in bulk, or republishing it, without our written permission.
• Using the Site in violation of any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, illustrations, logo and code are owned by or licensed to Bothell Leak Pros and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bothell Leak Pros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising from your use of the Site, the referral service, or any provider's services. Because the referral service is free to you, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or the referral service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bothell Leak Pros from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
